Choose a delegate category, complete the form and settle the fee through the method that suits you. Early registration carries a reduced rate.
Fees
Delegate categories and rates
Amounts are shown in euros, United States dollars and Indian rupees. A student rate applies on production of a valid certificate from a school, college or university, or a recognised identity card.

Group rate. Groups of five or more professional delegates from the same Indian government research laboratory or academic institute may register at 5000 INR per participant within the early window. The group rate does not apply to student registrations or to participants from abroad.
Payment
Ways to settle the fee
- Online payment is encouraged and can be completed through the payment step.
- A demand draft drawn in favour of the conference may be sent to the secretariat.
- Electronic money transfer is available for delegates who prefer bank transfer.
- Spot registration accepts cash or a demand draft in Indian rupees only.
Full bank details and the transfer reference are provided by the secretariat on request. Please quote the conference name and your registration number in every transfer.
Groups larger than four delegates can be registered directly by contacting the secretariat, who will prepare a single consolidated invoice.
