Sightseeing
Two organised trips run during the meeting, one across the city and one to Mysore. Both are open to registered delegates and their families on payment.
Trip one
Half day city tour
The city tour travels in air conditioned coaches and covers the principal sights of Bengaluru. The route takes in the ISKCON temple, the bull and Ganesha temple, an outside view of the Vidhana Soudha and the high court, Tipu Sultan's summer palace, a Shiva temple near a well known mall, and the Lal Bagh garden.
The trip starts in the late morning and returns in the early evening. Lunch and evening snacks are provided, both Indian vegetarian, with bottled mineral water available in the coach.
Trip two
One day Mysore tour
Mysore lies about 140 kilometres from Bengaluru and offers a full day of sightseeing. The itinerary includes the Mysore palace, the Chamundi hill temple, Tipu Sultan's fort, a historic church, and the Brindavan garden.
The day begins in the early morning and ends late at night. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner are provided, all Indian vegetarian, with bottled mineral water available in the coach.

Things to know before you book
Seats for children
No child or infant seat can be arranged. Families who need one should bring their own.
Invited speakers
The trips are free for invited plenary and keynote speakers with their families, and for members of the IFAC Aerospace Technical Committee. Inform the travel desk in advance.
